China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a collection of infrastructure projects that are under construction throughout Pakistan since 2013, originally valued at $47 billion.  The goal of CPEC is both to transform Pakistan’s economy by modernizing its road, rail, air, and energy transportation systems and to connect the deep-sea Pakistani ports of Gwadar and Karachi to China’s Xinjiang province and beyond by overland routes.

“The Marin Drive” is a jewel of Gwadar’s face followed by its New International Airport, Central Business District (CBD), East bay, Expressway One(Old Kalmat Avenue), Jinnah Avenue, Golden Beaches of Gunns, and Significant Cricket Stadium. Gwadar port and related trade free zone is also making a glorious progress.

Al-Ghani Housing Scheme, Gwadar has its two entry points, one is on Jinnah Avenue and the other is on Expressway One, crossing through Central Business District to New International Airport. Provincial Government Secretariate, Administrative Blocks, State Bank of Pakistan, Customs House are also in the range of 2 Kilometers.

According to the location, the land status of Al-Ghani Housing Scheme, Gwadar is being organized to build multistory residential and commercial projects along with normal construction mode that can create a huge construction and corporate growth of the town.
