Gwadar is a port city on the southwestern coast of Balochistan, Pakistan. Gwadar’s location has given it a unique blend of trade and strategic importance. China is also developing this city as an export processing zone for foreign companies to manufacture in Gwadar before exporting to various countries in the region.
China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) is a collection of infrastructure projects that are under construction throughout Pakistan since 2013, originally valued at $47 billion. The goal of CPEC is both to transform Pakistan’s economy by modernizing its road, rail, air, and energy transportation systems and to connect the deep-sea Pakistani ports of Gwadar and Karachi to China’s Xinjiang province and beyond by overland routes.

Provincial Government Secretariate, Administrative Blocks, State Bank of Pakistan, Customs House are also in the range of 2 Kilometers.
